What We Build
Precast walls, cast right the first time
Shreeji Precast manufactures and installs precast boundary walls, compound walls, and custom precast solutions from our production yard in Saripalli, Pendurthi, on the outskirts of Visakhapatnam. Every panel and column is cast off-site under controlled conditions, then delivered and installed at your property — so instead of a mason mixing concrete by hand on site, the wall arrives ready to install and goes up in days, not weeks.
We work across two very different kinds of sites: expansive farmland and orchards that need long, uninterrupted boundary runs, and residential or commercial plots where the wall has to look finished from day one. The same panel system serves both — modular lengths that install fast on a farm perimeter, and a choice of surface finishes, from a plain smooth face to a decorative floral-top or brick-textured panel, for a plot facing the street.
Increasingly, we're building for solar
A significant share of our recent installations have been perimeter walls for solar power installations — large, flat sites that need a secure, uniform boundary around acres of panels, at a scale where brick masonry struggles to compete on cost or schedule. It has become one of our core project types alongside agricultural and residential walls.
Cost-Effective
Saves labor and material costs compared to traditional brick or stone walls.
Faster Installation
Manufactured off-site and installed quickly, cutting project timelines significantly.
Consistent Quality
Factory-controlled production ensures uniform strength and finish in every panel.
Space-Saving
Thin, high-strength profiles are ideal where land is limited or premium.

Built For This Region
Why precast suits Andhra Pradesh's coast
Monsoon & coastal humidity
Visakhapatnam's coastal climate brings heavy monsoon rainfall and salt-laden air, both hard on site-mixed brick and mortar — moisture ingress during curing and the years of exposure that follow can weaken joints over time. Precast panels are cured under controlled factory conditions before they reach site, giving them uniform density, and installation can continue through short breaks in the weather where wet on-site masonry work would have to stop.
Built to be reused, not just built to last
Because the wall is a series of precast components slotted and grouted together rather than a solid mortared structure, it can be taken down and reinstalled elsewhere — useful for agricultural land that gets reparcelled, or a boundary that shifts after a land survey. That isn't possible with a brick wall, which has to be demolished if it needs to move.
